Well, what on Earth was going on? Mallorca came out of the blocks and scored twice within the first five minutes - Brandon with both. Mallorca were then mostly dominant for the first half, though Sáiz went close for Huesca on the half hour and both Culio and Ansotegi were given yellows for dangerous play as the break approached.
Into the second period and Huesca's attempts to get back into the match produced more Mallorca yellows - Díaz and Oriol going into the book before quarter of an hour was up. But whatever comeback Huesca might have hoped for was dashed when Brandon completed his hat trick on 70 minutes.
