What's on in Majorca: 10-16 April
Holy Week in Majorca. There are processions across the island, especially on Thursday and Good Friday for the Last Supper (mostly everywhere at 19.00 on Thursday) and the "Davallament" (descent from the cross) usually at 21.00 on the Friday. Outside Palma, Felanitx and Pollensa are two of the main places for the Davallament. In addition on Good Friday, there is the staging of the "Via Crucis" on the steps of the Cathedral at midday.
