Pride of Britain sailing to Palma
Two of Britain’s largest and most famous cruise ships have a date in the Port of Palma this week when P&O’s MV Ventura and Cunard’s MS Queen Victoria sail into Palma on Tuesday.

Guy Hamilton tribute
A major concert bringing together some of the best-loved music from British cinema is taking place tomorrow night at Bellver Castle as a tribute to the late James Bond director, Guy Hamilton, who died at his Andratx home last year.

Shark in Majorca
An injured two metre shark caused alarm amongst bathers in Calvia and Palma over the weekend and at one stage people were evacuated from the beach at Cala Mayor.

Hoteliers have hiked their rates by 10 percent for next year
Some sectors of the tourist industry consider it a gamble, but Majorcan hoteliers have managed to increase rates by as much as ten percent for 2018.
