New cinema, new stories, new cultures ... New experiences are coming up with this 12th edition of the EMIFF, which will be as or even more international than the previous editions.

We maintain the festival's official competition sections, which are very diverse and offer a wide range of films, from international and national feature films, debut feature film, international documentary, international short film, experimental short film, animation and musical and, of course, the Made in Baleares titles -including feature and short films.

This year we continue with the Cinema with a Car, Films for Kids and the highly-prized special screenings. The programme as a whole, designed for all audiences, will be held in different locations in Palma, including including: Teatre Principal, CineCiutat, Sala Rívoli, Rialto Living, Port Adriano, the Palau de Congresos de Palma, Hotel Portixol and Estudi General Lul-lià.
