What am I going on about?

The fact that the British Guild of Travel Writers have shortlisted the Balearic Ecotax for an award.

I haven't seen a list of the others shortlisted but I presume it includes Zimbabwe's agrotourism campaign and Iraq's Saddam and Gomorrah chemical theme parks?
