Pricing themselves out of the market

Dear Sir,
We have just returned from an excellent holday in Majorca...I note that hotel bookings are down and unemployment is up !!
Maybe the tourist tax has something to do with this....but I think it would help if shop assistants, especially in supermarkets learnt some manners. Do they ever smile? Why do they throw your change onto the counter? They complain about holidaymakers, but without them the Island would be a barren waste. Do they want that?
We will not be returning for some time, the pricing structure has seen to that...it's such a pity..for such a beautiful island that they are pricing themselves out of the market.
