Thumbs down for taxi drivers

WE too have returned from our first visit this year. Got some lovely “footage” of the snowstorm.
This gripe is about the Palma taxi drivers who delivered us short of our destination twice, once with our suitcases from the airport, and we're not spring chickens.

This is in contrast with one cab driver in Barcelona in 2001 who saw us almost to our destination (unitil he picked up a fare) and we were following him in our own car! Great news about the Palma underground extension of the railway. Surely this means that those dreadful diesels are at last going to be superceded by electric trains, otherwise we'll suffocate!
