As I don't do email, forgive me for writing to you instead, of Katie Handyside.
She concerns me greatly with her regular articles on FOOD. I am an 83 year old, grandmother and for 56 years I have cooked for my husband (a doctor), who approaches 90 years old.

We and our children and grandchildren have always eaten a varied diet of...fresh veg, fruit, meat, fish and eggs.
Sugar and processed foods are shunned.
We are all active and healthy ( with good teeth). What would we do if we studied Katie Handyside's advise and comments on food myths?.
End up starving I reckon, from anxiety over what went into our mouths.
My husband was an international veteran squash champion at eighty.
I have always practiced Yoga.
