Keeping the patients happy

Dear Editor, I AM 80-years-old and would like everyone to know how well I have been treated by the staff at Son Dureta hospital. I cannot thank or praise the doctors and nurses enough for the way I was treated on a recent visit. From the top to the bottom, they are all great and caring. I HAD to laugh. I was being prepared for my hospital bed by five young nurses, everything was very serious and I was feeling very sorry for myself until a young blonde nurse slapped me on my bare belly, and said in broken English: “I see the problem ... he's pregnant - to the maternity ward with him!” We all burst out laughing, including me; she made me feel so much at ease. Thank you again, everyone at Son Dureta for being nice people.
