By Jason Moore IT´S been a while since I´ve sat down and watched the BBC Nine O´Clock news without feeling depressed by the time you get to the weather; but Thursday night was a real feel-good-factor night on TV. First, their documentary on the Woolworth store in Dorset which has now re-opened as Wellworth thanks to an initiative by the staff to help the local community. It was an uplifting programme and shows what can be achieved with little but with the support of the community. And then the news which was full of Gordon Brown´s alleged triumph at the G20 and a fantastic speech to school children by Michelle Obama. Now, the feelgood factor might just last a few hours but it was all good stuff. London was an excellent host to the G20 and full marks must go to the Metropolitan police who carried out one of the most complicated policing operations in recent years. Not only did they secure at least 22 world leaders, including the President of the United States, they also get thousands of protesters away, carried out their normal duties and ensured there was no trouble after the England v. Ukraine game on Wednesday night. Praise must also go to Gordon Brown for hosting such an event and keeping President Nicholas Sarkozy out of the picture!
