I should like to express my feelings for the moving and uplifting Funeral Service of Lady Thatcher yesterday at St. Paul's Cathedral.
In no other country of the world could such a spectacle be portrayed.
And, in spite of the fears raised by the tiny minority of protesters opposed to her policies, the overwhelming majority turned out to pay their respects to a person, who, in my humble opinion, raised Britain from being ‘The Sick Man of Europe', to that of a leading it to prosperity and respect and admiration, particularly with her steadfastness and courage that epitomised the Falklands War.

Her State funeral was a fitting tribute for those qualities.
