T O cyclists who do not use the cycle lanes which have been built for them across Palma and elsewhere. Pavements are not for cyclists, roller bladers or skaters just for pedestrians! Palma´s limited pavements have been partly ripped up to make way for the paths which are hardly used. Cyclists in the capital seem to love busy pavements. They should know that if they are caught they will be heavily fined. So you have been warned so use the cyclist paths!
