For the Majorca Daily Bulletin which will be marking its 50 anniversary next week. The British Ambassador to Spain Giles Paxman will be presenting our Chairman Pere A. Serra with an honorary MBE on Thursday at a gala function which will be attended by hundreds of people. Next Sunday a souvenir 64 page magazine charting the history of the newspaper will appear with your usual Bulletin. All in all, it should be a great birthday week for this newspaper and its staff, past and present.
