DEAR EDITOR IT takes a lot to make me laugh out loud. Bremner, Bird & Fortune or Billy Connolly spring to mind but not the Daily B. Today's edition “Police to go on work-to-rule” did just that. Starting today and on specified days during July officers will comply strictly with rules to cause a slowdown. However the unions have agreed to suspend their protest during the month of August. For your readers who know Spain in August I don't need to explain the irony, to those who don't I can't but time will!
