Dear Sir, JUST got back from a two week stay in Magalluf and have to say a big thank you to the Mayor of Calvia. The difference it has made to be able to walk about the streets without being hassled by PR'S to go in bars is brilliant. Also in our two week stay we were not approached on the beach by the unpleasant people who try to sell you rotten fruit and cans of pop at prices inflated by 1'000 percent from shop prices.

Is Majorca trying to shoot itself in the foot, or maybe the head. Why would you want to strike at the busiest time of the year?
Well, we are not taking the risk. Yesterday we booked a holiday to Cyprus.
