TO the British Olympic team who have competed with the world and won in style. Team GB is enjoying one of its most successful Olympics ever underlining the fact that Britain is a major sporting nation despite disappointments in the more popular sports such as a soccer. Team GB has given thousands of athletes across Britain hope and also encouraged others to take up sport and try and emulate their Olympic heroes. A golden Olympic performance on home soil has made Britain proud.
