To bars and restaurants who over-charge their customers. I know times are hard but some businesses are just ripping off their few clients and giving the island a poor reputation. The majority of tourists have come on holiday on a budget and they can't afford some of the outrageous prices which are being charged by some businesses. 2.50 euros for a bottle of water is an outrage and the local authorities should take action right away.
