20 th: ANNUAL SONGS OF PRAISE: by the Anglican Congregation of St Andrews in Puerto Pollensa on the beach near Tamarells Beach Bar at 6pm.

20 th: 7TH ANNUAL PARTY IN PUERTO PORTALS BY SOS ANIMAL: at 12 noon. Music, dance, children games, tomobla, second hand clothers, bric-a-brac and much more. All funds are for the benefit of SOS Animal Calvia.

20 th: Fairs in Alaró and Manacor.

26 th: Marc Ayza and Big Yuyu at Palma's music oratory in at Palma's Conservatory at 8.30pm. Tickets 20 euros. (Time and venue change)

26 th: Pegasus at Alcudia's Auditorium at 10pm. Tickets 20 euros.

27 th: the ex-part population of Porto Cristo and surrounding areas are going to the Binissalem Wine Festival. The coach leaves at 2pm from town and will stop first in Montuiri for lunch before pressing on to the festival. Seats are limited but available from Porto's Wine Bar, Porto Cristo or by phoning 645 587 643.

27 th: Funday organised by ESRA North at the Sports Centre in Pollensa old town. Event begins at 10am. All profits from the event will be donated to the ABAIMAR, charity supporting children and their families who are diagnosed with unsual diseases.

28 th: Concert by Ezra Furman & The Harpons at 9am at Lloseta Theatre. Tickets 12 euros.

OCTOBER EVENTS:

2nd: Centre Stage Productions present "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" in English at Palma's Auditorium at 7pm. (Another show also scheduled on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October at 6pm). Tickets 12 euros for adults and 10 euros for children. Available from Robert Bateman 971 221 530.

2nd: Concert by Sr. Nadie + Amarillo + Maryland + The Bankers at 9pm at Lloseta Theatre. Tickets 10-12 euros.

11 th: Concert by Bobby Bare Jr at 9am at Lloseta Theatre. Tickets 12 euros.

25 th: St Peter's Singers Chamber Choir of Leeds on tour from Sunday 25th to Wednesday 28th October. On 25th October at 8pm at the Parish Church of Sant Joan in Muro. On 26th October at 7.30pm at the Parish Church of Sant Andreu in Santanyi. On 28th October at 1pm at Palma's Basilica of Sant Francesc and at 7pm at Palma's Cathedral. All events are free.
