DEAR SIR

I warmly support Jason Moore's comment on the demolition of the Naval Base building at Puerto Soller. I have visited since 1953 and I was saddened to see it removed. The Bay lost its focal point and much of its character and surely some conversion of the building with its arches would have been possible without complete demolition.

Puerto Andraix and any other port should try to keep its special ‘face' and charm.
