I am sick, tired and bored about this ongoing debate about holiday rentals, and I am sure those who are involved in the industry are even more frustrated. And now, the parties have taken to bed hopping in a bid to secure enough backing to get what they want.

Well, with Love Island coming to a major climax tomorrow night, I have decided that the best idea would be to let the left-wing coalition parties, and perhaps the PP to add some extra spice, take over the villa for the rest of the summer to sort their differences out and have it all played out in front of the cameras, just like the hit reality show. That way we could really get to see which parties, or politicians, have feelings for each other in earnest, who are true to their policies and who really wants the best for the Balearics and not just themselves.
