Over the past month I have had access to the correspondence between Tory MP Sir Roger Gale and Gove’s team, which has been handed the task of protecting the rights of Britons living in the EU post Brexit. Gove is playing it by the book and has yet to come forth with any comforting guarantees for the long term - he is working on it. Wait and see is the advice coming out of No.10.

Wish my MP, the Remainer Roger Gale, would care more about his constituents, who voted to leave, than ex-pats, animals, his overseas interests and the curtailing of his long holidays from Parliament.
Don’t worry corbyn has got more chance of growing another kidney than winning the election
I hope you are joking. Whilst he may, and I repeat, may, make my living in some countries in Europe ( not the rest of the world ) easier, he will, at the same time be taxing my income from earnings and shares to hell and back and leaving me little to hand on to my children. End result ? I will no longer be able to afford to go on long holidays or buy property abroad. Thanks comrade.
