The global cost of living crisis is making the vast majority of people search for more value for money than ever and this is going to have a huge impact on holiday habits this year. And it appears that Britons looking for some good value fun have found a new destination which has spent all winter doing its best to woo British tourists - Tanzania.

If actually true, 9€ is certainly a bit steep. But then, it's a waterfront bar in a tourist resort. Not a lot different than the airport. Still, it's hardly representative of real prices charged in normal places in Mallorca. I'd wager that 50m back from the promenade, the price would be half. Morale of the story: If price is king for you, then don't drink at the Royal bar.
Busy doesn’t necessarily mean successful.
We've heard it all before and despite all the scare stories it looks like it'll be another very successful and busy year for tourism in Mallorca.
