Many would have noticed that temperatures yesterday were slightly lower than of late and that is because the heat wave which has gripped the Balearics for the past week is now starting to move away from the region. Over the past week new temperature records have been set across Majorca, the coolest registered in sa Pobla all week has been 23ºC, much higher than the 18ºC set 30 years ago. At Son San Joan airport the lowest temperature recorded all week was 22.8ºC, breaking the previous record of 18ºC.
