The weather was the winner at the Mallorca Grand Champions tennis tournament at the impressive Santa Ponça Country Club yesterday when heavy rain forced the players off court. Pat Cash was one set up (6-4) on Jakob Hlasek and tied 6-6 in the second set when the heavens opened causing the rest of the day's games to be cancelled. Organisers did not refund the 6'800 pesetas tickets, but instead offered half-price tickets for today's play to anyone who attended yesterday's wash-out. Today's matches start at 14.00 with Spaniard Juan Aguilera taking on Australia's Pat Cash.
