Local children are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Three Kings, who will do it in style in Palma, sailing up to the Moll Vell (Passeig Sagrera), where they are due to land shortly before 7pm. There they will be welcomed with a fireworks display before setting off on their parade through the main streets of the city. This year there will be 18 floats, four more than last year, and three carriages loaded with presents. One of the floats represents Noah's Ark, another will feature the Simpsons, and others will represent Jurassic Park, Pinocchio and the ogre Shrek. The Grupo Serra will also have a float. Each of the Three Kings rides in a carriage of his own. Five tons of sweets will be thrown to the waiting crowds by the characters riding on the floats. There will be no parking on the streets along which the parade passes from 3pm and the roads will be closed to traffic from 6pm.
Everything ready for the arrival of the Three Kings
