Leading British chef Marc Fosh is answering all your culinary queries. Send your questions to our chef and they will be answered in Sunday's newspaper (including the on-line version which will also include his Majorcan recipe of the week.) All published questions will be awarded with a bottle of cava champagne which can be collected when your next on the island. What better way to celebrate with one of Marc's recipes and a bottle of bubbly.
