Low cost airline Go announced yesterday that it is going to continue operating its two daily flights to Palma from Stansted through the winter. Last month alone, Go saw passenger figures rise by 71 per cent, compared to June last year, and the airline has decided to operate its Palma routes all year. It will also be tripling its flights to Alicante and doubling its flights to Malaga, Bilbao and Faro. This coming winter, Go will be operating 148 flights per week, more than twice the 66 flights operated last winter. The airline is also expanding its base at East Midlands airport, from where it currently flies to Alicante, Malaga and Faro.
