Olive oil is the star of the fair which opened in Caimari (in the municipality of Selva) yesterday and continues today with stands offering olives, almonds and other local products. Visitors can also see the oil presses of Oli Caimari, and will receive a small bottle of virgin extra oil. They can also visit the new park, which is dedicated to traditional country crafts and includes a demonstration of charcoal making.
