The United States Consular Agent, Tumi Bestard, is now well established in the United States Consular Agency's new Balearics headquarters in Palma. After years of being based in the centre of town in Jaime III, which has been under National Police guard ever since September 11 for security reasons, Tumi Bestard and his staff have fully completed their move to the new offices at the Edificio Reina Constanza, Calle Port Pi. The building is right opposite the Club de Mar and the United States Consular Agent has certainly got a “room with a view” and more wall space to hang all the pictures of himself with the US Presidents he has met and worked with during his illustrious career to date.
