Construction work on Palma's Convention Centre was halted 151 days ago and, for the moment, there are little signs of builders being rushed to work.
However, as the government indicated when it returned to power, it would revise all the bids for the concession to manage the centre and the five star hotel received from overseas.

These, for not being local, were rejected by the Socialists, but this government wants the white elephant completed and up and running for business and it appears that there are interested parties from the United Kingdom, the United States and Germany.
