STAFF REPORTER A part of the Ma-10 road between Estellencs and Andratx will remain closed to traffic due to subsidence caused by recent heavy rainfall, the Council of Majorca's Roads department said yesterday.

Technicians are working on finding out just how much of the road has been affected by the subsidence and will be addressing a repair and maintenance programme in the next few days.

The Council issued a general warning to the public about driving with extreme caution and avoiding using the road where subsidence has occurred wherever possible.
