TOP British chef Marc Fosh this week opens his new Simply Fosh restaurant in the heart of Palma and has already had to get into the kitchen to meet the early demand from Fosh food fans and corporate clients. .

Bloggers have been busy on the Internet asking each other where Marc is opening his new venture and lunch on Wednesday's D-Day is already full.
Simply Fosh is housed in Refectori of the Hotel Convent de la Missio which is just a few minutes walk from the Ramblas and Plaza Olivar in the very centre of the city.

Marc will be cooking a wide selection of pocket-friendly and a la carte dishes but every lunchtime will also be offering a set 18-euro “market menu del dia”. “I want to maintain my high standards of cooking but also give people value for money.
