HUNDREDS of tourists joined the crowds watching the Via Crucis (Way of the Cross) performed on the Cathedral steps yesterday afternoon.
Written by the late Llorenç Moya, based on the Gospels, it has been a tradition for the past 22 years.
It is performed by actors from the Taula Rodona company, with David Martin and Angel March in the leading roles, with Joan Carles Bestard as the reader.

The Maundy Thursday procession in Palma, the biggest one on the island, which lasts for more than six hours, had to be cancelled because of bad weather and was due to be held yesterday.
