THE telephone and internet lottery con men are at it again.
Yesterday the Bulletin was contacted by a reader who received a call claiming that she had won 2.000 euros and, in order to receive her winnings, was asked to provide a wealth of personal details. Over the past 12 months a number of people have been arrested across Spain in connection with the telephone and internet scams but it appears they prefer to target foreign residents. Quite simply, if you have not entered a competition how are you going to win? Ignore any such calls or e-mails.
