A former Miss Belgium and one-time girlfriend of Frank Sinatra, Madelaine Woods, will be celebrating her 101st birthday at the C'as Notari home for the elderly in Porreres today.
Madelaine spent much of her life in London where she spent a period living with Frank Sinatra and she was considered a leading socialite.
She got to know many of the leading international stars and celebrities of the time including Marilyn Monroe.
She has lived here in Majorca for the past 12 years and moved in to the C'as Notari residential care home last October.
