THE traditional festive day of the Diumenge de l'Angel (Sunday of the Angel) will take place tomorrow in Bellver Castle in Palma.
The event, organised by the Federation of Palma Residents Associations and Palma council, starts at 10am in the Plaza de Cort from where people who wish to do so will take part in the popular walk to the castle. Once there, as is traditional, there will be events which will begin with a musical welcome to the walkers by the Xeremiers, after which there will be a chess competition. The Club d'Esplai Jovent will be in charge of games for the children and the Cucorba group will organise a party for the smallest. At 12pm there will be a concert by musical bands, among other events. The day will end with a dance.
