Palma police have arrested a Senegalese street seller accused of hassling and threatening a German couple.
The couple was approached by the vendor while they were sitting on the terace of their hotel but immediately made it clear they were not interested in buying anything. They accused the African national and his friends of spitting and shouting at them for their refusal forcing the police to interviene. Worried for their visa situation the Senegalese flew the scene. The couple, frightened by the whole situation asked to be escorted to their hotel room, packed their bags and abandoned the island.

They had initially planned to leave in May but said they “did not want to spend a single more day in Palma.”
