Palma.—Scores of flights were delayed from Palma to destinations across Europe, in particular the United Kingdom, due to a strike by French air traffic controllers yesterday.
Industrial action started at 6am yesterday and continued until 8pm last night causing scores of delays - not just to flights to and from France but also services that “over-fly” French airspace, such as the UK and Germany, Majorca’s two main markets.
