Son Espases Hospital has been awarded the TOP20 prize for its work in the areas of treating patients in critical conditions and heart problems.
What is more, all of the hospitals which won the TOP20 awards this year have also managed to increase their performance and efficiency by 32 percent despite the cuts endured by the national health service as a result of the government’s austerity measures.
