The Port of Palma will for this year be posting record figures for the cruise industry, but next year is looking even more encouraging.

Palma.—Yesterday, the Balearic Port Authority  said that this Winter is going to be the Port of Palma’s best ever low season for the cruise industry.
According to the Port Authority, between November and the end of Match, 2014, the number of cruise ships calling into Palma will be 79.4 percent higher than last Winter. To be precise, between November 15 and March 15, the Port of Palma will handle 61 cruise liners, a significant increase when compared to the 34 ships handled last year.
