Guardia Civil to step up drink driving controls over Christmas

Palma.— The Guardia Civil know this time of the year can end up  at times in tragedy for many  families, who often see members of their families involved in car crashes linked to alcohol abuse.
To prevent this from happening, they confirmed yesterday that  alcohol control check points on the roads of  will be tougher and more frequent  over Christmas.
Controls will be random but the authorities have a plan to avoid disasters.
