A total of 46 abandoned dogs were removed from the streets of South East Majorca in December by local police during a control campaign. Throughout Arta, Capdepera, Felanitx, Campos, Manacor, Sant Llorenc, Santanyi, ses Salines and Son Severa the campaign was intended to make the streets safer by removing abandoned dogs without safety microchips, leads or muzzles.
