The visit of every expatriate’s favourite MP, Iain Duncan Smith to Spain has done little to lift the spirits of  law abiding Britons living in the country.

Palma.—Many retired expatriates in Spain are now having to get used to having no British  TV, and come Winter 2015, they will need to budget that bit more carefully too when the Winter fuel allowance is abolished, by IDS the Secretary of State for Works and Pensions,  for retirees in warmer countries, including Spain.
