The National Police reported yesterday that they have arrested a serial hoaxer who was apparently responsible for Palma cathedral being evacuated.

Palma.—According to the National Police, the 39-year-old suspect was arrested in Santiago de Compostela, on Wednesday and is suspected of being responsible of bomb hoaxes which sparked the evacuation of a host of cathedral, museums, monuments and media organsiations across Spain including Palma cathedral.
He also recently interupted three live TVprogrammes including the 9pm news bulletin on TVE1.
