The next edition of the International Boat Show Palma will receive a very special guest: the British chef Marc Fosh, owner of the one-Michelin-Star restaurant “Simply Fosh” located in Palma and Bulletin columnist.
He won his first Michelin Star in 2002 and became the first British who won this special award in Spain.
The British chef, along with members of his team “Marc Fosh Catering”, will be responsible of the restaurant/cafe ‘Blue Café’ located in the Boat Show Palma, to be held from 30 April to 4 May.
Boat Show Palma & Palma SuperYacht Show’s visitors will taste the classy Mediterranean dishes of this chef.
During the five days of the Boat Show Palma, the restaurant ‘Blue Café’ will offer breakfasts, menus (3 dishes €28) -from 1p.m to 4p.m hours-, and drinks, snacks and canapés. And all, watching Palma’s stunning sunset.
This is the second time that Marc Fosh participates in the Boat Show Palma.
