It wasn't the jackpot this time, but the winner of 'El Millón' in Spain probably won't be complaining.

For Friday's draw, a ticket holder in Can Pastilla got lucky with having the right combination (VWV74341) for the EuroMillions supplementary game - The Million and the prize of one million euros.

This latest win is in a month when lottery fever is at its greatest because of the famous 'El Gordo' first prize for Spain's national Christmas lottery. The draw, as every year, will be on December 22.
