The National Police have opened an investigation into the death of a man who fell from a height of several metres down a ramp at Palma’s Son Sant Joan Airport on Monday night.

Tragic for his family. Left for a holiday and not coming back. Yet another jumper? The investigation will tell. If so, what is it about Mallorca that encourages some young visitors to attempt life-endangering jumps like those who attempt balcony-to-balcony? I wish I knew.
