On this occasion, we will embark in Sant Elm for a short trip in a traditional Mallorcan llaüt to the wonderful protected island of La Dragonera, a visit is a real luxury! We will have the
opportunity to do one of the four signposted itineraries or enjoy some free time to refresh ourselves in its cove. Return to Sant Elm and lunch at the restaurant D'Carmen Gastrobar, with a choice of starters: chipirones and russian salad, main course with a choice of gilthead bream with baked potatoes and salad, or pork tenderloin with potatoes and padrón peppers; ice cream, water and beer or wine included.

The best way to round off this trip is to visit Chinchón, a picturesque village of great character located in the basin of the Tajo-Jarama river, between vineyards and olive trees. As well as strolling through its Plaza Mayor and the unique narrow streets typical of popular Castilian architecture, we will taste a complete cocido madrileño stew to leave us with the best taste in our mouths.
