Son Servera has a night of art on Saturday and its fair on Sunday. One of the world's finest Elvis acts is at Palma's Trui Theatre on Saturday, and Spain's National Dance Company teams up with the Balearic Symphony Orchestra for Johan Inger's interpretation of "Carmen" at the Teatre Principal in Palma.
