Buñuelos de viento or filled doughnut have been on sale for a few days now leading to the festivity of Saint Ursula.
A British martyr and a load of doughnuts in Mallorca
Every year on the 21st of October the Day of the Virgins is celebrated, which coincides with the feast of the martyr Saint Ursula. Doughnuts (buñuelos), carnations and serenades are the stars of this Mallorcan tradition.
